Oolong Tea

Oolong (a.k.a. Wu-Long) teas are not fully oxidized, and this processing imparts a lighter flavor than black teas. Often characterized by beautiful, large leaves, which are suitable for multiple infusions, Oolongs are ideal for the Gong Fu method of steeping tea. Stimulating flavor notes make Oolongs a great afternoon choice. Oolong is known for it's pleasant nutty floral aftertaste and soothing aroma. Oolong helps to prevent indigestion and have been shown o lower cholesterol. Studies have also shown that this tea also has weight loss benefits.
