If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please call us or email us immediately so that we can correct the problem.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.  If you are returning a tea, spice or Olive Oil item, it must be unused and in original sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund.  Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.  If you received your item as a gift, we would be happy to give you store credit to use toward a future order.
